Choosing a library, vendor or approach by researching it across many sources and writing the result up as a cited brief or ADR, with the claims the decision rests on checked by running them.
Where it is wrong
A question with one known answer, anything that changes code, or a short note one agent can write in one sequential pass. A crew costs many times the tokens of a single chat, and small work never pays that back.
